These dazzling earrings take inspiration from Aruna, a character in Hindu mythology who personifies the rising sun. The shape of the earrings is designed to pay tribute to the ephemeral and metamorphic beauty of the sun as it rises, designer Eugenie Niarchos says. The drop earrings are crafted in 18K white gold, with angular, spiky rays. A white opal sits at each earring s centre, with their circumference set with subtly colourful stones, made up of amethysts, pink and blue sapphires, and emeralds, while white diamonds embellish the rays and posts.
